I make a meal of the shake by adding some fruit, low fat milk, and maybe a scoop of the Personalized Protein Powder to give extra fortification on days I know I will be busy all morning before I get a lunch break. This really works for me, and I know I am getting sound nutrition when I am in a hurry or need my energy to last all morning. Having some protein in the morning is so important to starting my day well! My favorite flavors are the French Vanilla and Dutch Chocolate, and by using different fruit, I never get bored of the flavors and find the shake very satisfying. It's the best protein powder/meal shake I have ever tried.

We used Best Defense before our flights to and from Hawaii, in the height of cold and flu season this last Dec., and no one in our family got even a sniffle as a result of the extended exposure to a hundred plus people on the flights. The last thing we wanted was to get sick on vacation, and Best Defense was easy to take in a cup of water as we waited to board the flight. The effervescent Orange Boost reminds me of Tang, so it tastes just fine, too!

It smells so gently fresh, and does feel really great as it lathers on my shower scrubby. My skin feels refreshed but still moist. The bath bar feels like a luxury, finely milled soap, lasts longer than other brands, and the scent appeals to both women and men without being overpowering. A truly lovely body soap.

I have had a revelation in menstrual pain relief through herbalife's tang kuei plus formula! Last month I had the misfortune of having to travel all day on an airplane during the worst bout of menstrual cramps of my entire life. I was severely uncomfortable, to the point of tears, nausea and a headache, not to mention unbearable abdominal pain, and my flow was extremely heavy. None of the methods I have traditionally relied upon for menstrual pain were working and it seemed no relief was in sight. One of my traveling companions happened to have a bottle of this formula with them and suggested I try it. Now I use it every time with confidence and I also appreciate that it is a vegetarian friendly product. If I know I need a boost of protein quickly, this along with the shake formula is my go to snack or meal.

Recently I had to take a night flight knowing that I was going to get have to get off of the plane and go directly to a long day of work in the morning. It was imperative that I sleep on that flight, which is usually very tough for me. I took relax now and was able to sleep and go to work the next day with surprisingly decent energy. I really do not think that I would have been able to sleep or have such a productive next day without it!
